হাসিখুশি মুখ দেখলেই মনটা ভালো হয়ে যায়। গম্ভীর ঘরোয়া আড্ডার পরিবেশ বদলে দিতে একজনের উচ্ছ্বসিত হাসিই যথেষ্ট। হাসি দিয়ে শত্রুকেও আপন করা যায়। কিন্তু আপনি চাইলে কি সব সময় হাসিখুশি থাকতে পারবেন? কীভাবে হাসিখুশি থেকে পরিবেশকে আনন্দময় করে তুলবেন, তা-ই তুলে ধরা হলো এখানে। বেশি বেশি অনুশীলন করুন চাইলেই কি একজন মানুষ হাসিখুশি থাকতে পারে? যদি উত্তর না হয়, তাহলে হাসিখুশি থাকার উপায় কী। হাসিখুশি থাকার জন্য বেশি করে ভালো থাকার চেষ্টা করতে হবে। আপনি ব্যায়াম করতে পারেন। একটি কঠিন কাজ করার পর নিজের আনন্দের জন্য কিছু সময় হাঁটতে পারেন। এমনভাবে হাঁটার পর আপনার শারীরিক কার্যক্ষমতা বৃদ্ধি পাবে। এর ফলে আগের চেয়ে বেশি হাসিখুশিতে পরবর্তী কাজটি শুরু করতে পারবেন। নিজের কাজকে সেরা ভাবুন অনেকেই আছেন, নিজের কাজ নিয়ে সন্তুষ্ট নন। সারাক্ষণ নিজের কাজকে ছোট মনে করেন। অন্যের সঙ্গে নিজের কাজের তুলনা করে নিজে নিজে মন খারাপ করেন। এ নিয়ে সব সময় চিন্তার মধ্যে সময় কাটে। এর ফলে হাসিখুশি ভাব মুখ থেকে উধাও হয়ে যায়। নিজের কাজকে শ্রদ্ধা করুন। ভালোবাসুন নিজের কাজকে। নিজের কাজের মাধ্যমে পরিশ্রম করে এগিয়ে
